Thank you, folks! With 'hurricane' Felicia coming through, I had rain for most of the day. We went to the aquarium and learned all about sharks, rays and stuff. They say to allow 2 hours for your tour, but we were there for 7, less a half hour for lunch. We had a really good time!

But today! Today I went surfing for the first time in my life! It was so FAB! All right, so I couldn't stand up, but I did get to my feet a couple times. I didn't have any rash-guard gear, so I didn't want to stay out too long.

No cake though. That was a bit depressing, but nothing to bake one in here and I don't have a mixer. I just had some fancy ice cream instead.

Oye Vey! Missed it again this year! I suck! Happy belated Birthday!

Thanks guys! I really did have a great time. For the whole month we were gone, I kept whispering 'happy birthday' to Mr. Man. He turned 11 the day we touched down in Hawaii. We joked that the whole trip was our birthday. The uncle we were visiting had a birthday while we were there, too. No cake, but we had lots of Dirt Dessert!
