I've been teased at skool a couple of times just coz i like hp...sometimes i care what people think.....but luckily, my best friend Kat likes hp too..so we kinda stick up for each other if they do torment us....

yeah that's right cho, we do stick up for each other at school. and for those people that don't like Harry Potter, shame on you!

Liking HP is not a big deal..
In my school those hp lover love gather and talk about thos stuffs but actually the ones who read them have much knowledge
They're quite clever and not a freak

I hide the fact I like Harry Potter to most people because I've seen people bullied because they do but when no one is paying attemtion I talk to them about it.

Shucks, People have never TEASED me about liking HP, Its their ill-luck that they don't read it. MILLIONS of people ARE MAD about the series....And even if they do, I surely have a few words or Spankings back!

Yeah, I've been teased a couple of times but it was laways in a friendly way. But I've also trained myself to let people's words go in one ear and out the other.

no one's teased me for liking Harry Potter.its a well known fact that i do! my friens call me Cho but thats only cuz i've asked them to.

I get bugged at work, because I'm such a Potter Geek (and proud of it!). But nothing seriously. That's just pathetic to the abuser.

I agree with dain bramaged. They dont know the great fantasy. They dont know the fun reading them, When I read it I collapse with the story as if I am apart of it. Like when dumbledore died, I criedand it isn't a lie that I cried

My friend, airin(tom2me) was a clever girl and have several times been the champion in our standard... She's clever but she's also a Potter Freak!! You see that...

I have been teased loads of times but it never bothers me. All my friends are HP geeks. We actually call one another by who we look the closest to. For me it's Hermione or Ginny.

yup i get teased for it all the time...my friends, and even my mom bothers me about it, but i know its all in fun..but its not nice..lol..i say yes i am a nerd..haha...but i like these kinda books no matter what...LOL

all my friends know that i love hp n sumtimes they start vteasing everyone that likes hp..but they never rly do tease me cuz they know that they mite get burried alive if they make fun of me lol

yeah i have been teased because of liking hp but not by friends just by people at school, my friends totally support me about hp they even come to see the mvies with me the first day the come out and even accept me telling them to shut up if they have read a part o the book that i am not up to.
i just think they are jelous because they cant really get in to books as well as some can.

i totally agree with you that people are just jealous, it's not our fault that hp happens to be what we like the best. .

my cousins and my sibilings pick on me but I tell them to leave me alone and that they're just jelous because HP Rocks and they don't.

yes, a MILLION times even by my mom and dad ive been teased about getting proffessinal help. but now ive learned to deal with it.i really dont give a crap what anybody thinks about me.really, if they have a problem with how i am, then thats their problem.

No I haven't been teased much apart from my older brother who is always teasing me about me liking the HP books. I'm home schooled by the way.

Well it's just my brother who teased me for reading HP. But after my brother went to see the Philosopher's stone movie (his friend persuaded him to come along) and after that he asked if he could loan my books to read them himself.

awe i feel so sorry for you. Only if i could meet these people at your school, cause i would show them who they are messing with...an obsessed Harry Potter fan, that would hex them if i could! try and stick up for yourself mate.

Well What can I say? Most people who know me don't tease me because I am a fan of HP. Perhaps my brother sometimes tease me when he see me watching the film over and over again.

Actually nobody has ever teased me because I like Harry Potter, my brother is an exception because he actually read Harry Potter too and can understand what I like about the series (he just teases me because he's got noting better to do, silly boy ...) and seeing as I am no freak who has twenty posters of Daniel Radcliffe (anyway I have an affection for the Malfoys ) and keeps kissing them frantically nobody really has any reason to make fun of me.

Yup, but I just handed them a book and said "read it and if you still don't like it then fair enough." I hate it when people say they hate something they haven't even tried. It worked though becuase absolutely everyone I did that to has loved the book and has borrowed all the others off me.

That sounds just like my brother... Although my brother still teases me... even though he's read all the books and the watched all the films.

Its odd. I have been bullied for nearly everything in my life at school, but Harry Potter is something no ones bullied me for!! Although no one knows how much I like it because I have been bullied so much I hide who I am at school... Everyone thinks I'm as quiet as a mouse.... woops.
