Your posters are beautiful with the picture placement, the blending, light usage and everything. My favorites are the HBP posters hands down - especially the one with the Horcrux.

The banners are cuuute. Simple but cute. I love them.. they look awesome - props to you

They might look simple, but there are many layers and effects you can't see. And that's the point. A good effect is that one which you cannot see.
