Well, I know a software of how to convert movies to iPod. If you want an easier way, you have to buy the movie in the iTunes store.
The software that I used is called: "ImTOO DVD to iPod Converter 4". I don't know where I bought it because my aunt bought it for me. I heard that she bought it in Indonesia. I think they have it overseas too. I live in Sydney though. They have the software in Sydney, but it's expensive. With this software, you could convert any movie you wanted from your DVD movie.

For a cheap way,
Just download Quick Time,
then convert the movie to that, then upload it to itunes etc..
