Yikes! Now it is getting dicey. First going in the past and now going to the future. Add to this finding out that the future was controlling the visions you were getting of the future... makes a very confusing person. Kudos for Valor on being able to see through this.

I really hope they do manage to save their parents. It would be too cruel.

Hoping to read more soon. :)

Natalia, Rose basically griped about how Valor has Albus, Lily and Scorpius wrapped around her finger and how they bend to her every whim. It was sort of out of line for her to say such a thing about a friend. Al, Lily and Scor know Valor's character and quickly jumped to her defense, not only because she wasn't there at the time, but too because they know it isn't true. Now Rose may have apologized but everyone can't help but believe this is what Rose truly feels because it's rare Rose won't say what's on her mind ...this is also why Scorpius got so angry and asked why be friends with someone she felt was manipulative.

I hope this answers what you were asking, if not let me know. I don't set out to confuse you guys because it's all straight in my head, but some times I guess it doesn't come out that way on paper.

Anyway, update will come as soon as I type things up...I've been reading a lot lately and took a break from writing, but it's time to get back to it!

Thanks for explanation Hanna :) I probably didn't even notice that part of Rose's grumbling, I mean it's just so usual for her to grumble about things that are not to her liking. I myself, when I'm irritated very much sometimes say things that are wrong to say but, well, it's just irritation and when I calm down I'm ok with the things (that's why I prefer not to say anything in such state) ;)

And I'm not complaining about confusion hehe, it's just my memory that fails me, so I really need to reread it. The same happens when I watch some film series - I keep forgetting things when the time space is too big

Looking worward to your update.

Sylvain~ They had to go to the past to figure what they'll be fighting in the future because it's all going to tie-in, and make for a really nice bow. Things hopefully will iron out all the confusion I've put you guys through :P Only my "Sorting of Priorities" ended on a satisfactory but not-so-happily-ever-after note, so no worries, this one will end happily. The gang will investigate, ask questions, find a bit of trouble, but it'll all work out, lol.

Natalia~In this chapter Valor and Rose have made up (if maybe there is a strain in the friendship). I've fast forwarded, but not so much to notice. Not much happens after the gang returns from the future so I sped on through to the end of term so that they can start their investigating. So, spring has passed, Valor has taken her O.W.Ls, the boys and Rose are going into their 7th year N.E.W.Ts, and all is well. . .for now.

Participated in the NANOWRI in November (nearly made the 150,000 word quota!) and caught up on some recreational reading, so sorry for the long wait, but here it is, a new update.

CHAPTER 62
©Hanna '12

Scorpius glanced up when the door to the old classroom opened. Valor paused in the doorway before walking in and closing the door behind her. She set her violin case and walked over to the desk her brother was working.

“Another memory potion? Scor, you –“

“I know I said I’d never do this, but I’ve come to realize it has to be done.”

“And why is that? What have you been thinking, dear brother?”

The cauldron simmered as Scorpius leaned his hip against the desk to look at his sister.

“I can’t drag Rose into our mess again. Now, I’ll give you the option of slipping this to Al and Lily, but once I’ve given it to Rose, we must speak of it between you and me. We can’t involve them anymore, Val.”

“I won’t keep things from Al any more than I will from Lily, simply because he’s extremely nosy and she’s intuitive to the point that I wonder if she isn’t a Seer as well. Also, because I love them both.”

“And I don’t love Rose?”

“I didn’t say that.”

“Well, in the time we’ve been together, Rose and I, I have put her in great peril and strained her relationship with her parents.”

“But you’re not all to blame.”

“I know this too. I think we should go at this together you and me.”

Valor stared at him before giving a slight shake of her head. She turned away and went to her instrument.

“What?” Scorpius asked, she had uttered something under her breath, but he hadn’t caught it.

“Nothing, do what you’re going to do, but I’m going to ask before I consider administering that potion.” She dug around in her folder to find the sheet music she searched for. “And how do you suppose you’re going to sneak that hideously mauve-colored potion?”

“There’s a fruit punch she likes to order in Hogsmeade. She always stops in the ice cream shop to purchase a few bottle to have until next visit.”

“Clever,” Valor murmured as she plucked the strings.

“All right then, what do you suppose we do since my idea is disgusting to you?”

She peered over her shoulder at him. “Tell Mama and Dad they are going to die.”

“Just like that?”

“Yes, just like that. They should be aware that there’s someone out to murder them.” She put her violin down, and angled toward her brother. “Scor, our parents, when they were our age, went through and came out of one of our most perilous times in the Wizard World and came out of it fine. They went through it again a few years ago and seem to be trudging right along.” She moved to Scorpius and copied his stance by leaning on the desk. “You want your life back? Give them what we know and let’s live our lives then. I love Mama and Dad beyond comprehension, but I truly think they can handle themselves.”

“What if that’s exactly what we did and how we lose them? Sephy and Alex never said if Mama and Dad knew. Neither did the older you say if they knew.”

“They were…are going to be too young to know. As for the older me, I probably didn’t think to say.”

“You haven’t seen anything?”

She shook her head. “Nothing. That isn’t to say I won’t later as time moves ahead, closer to the event. But I’m not sure if it is meant for me to see.”

The older Valor had pretty much told him the same thing before leaving them. He glanced at the cauldron. He straightened and started replacing phials back in his potions case. “All right,” he said tapping his wand against the side and emptying the contents of the cauldron. “We will tell them, Mama and Dad. You argued good points. They should be able to handle themselves, but I am going to assist them in any way I can.”

“You think I won’t?”

He just grinned. “I’ll get on then.”

“Please because the stench of that potion was stinking up my workspace.”

“That potion has no scent.”

“Oh…must be you then.”

“Har har, toe rag.”

“Rat face.”

She started playing as the door closed behind him.

*

Strangely enough the perfect year Scorpius had longed for appeared to have happened, he thought to himself as he boarded the train for home. After the one glitch they had experienced, there had been no more disturbances for them at school.

They had gone home at Christmas, and celebrated with family and friends. They had decided before departing Hogwarts that they, Scorpius and Valor, would wait until summer. That way they could work together to find those who were setting out to destroy their family again.

Scorpius found a compartment and sat alone holding it for his group. Albus and Rose were on Prefect duty until the train pulled into King’s Cross, so for the moment they were patrolling the train. He waited on his sister and Lily who were conversing with others from their House. He even saved room for Hugo, but Scorpius never really knew where the boy did because he never really associated himself with the group. Scorpius was beginning to think the boy had some sort of social disorder or thought too much of his own intelligence that no one wanted to be around him. He suspected the latter.

They had been moving for nearly an hour when the compartment door opened and Al and Rose came in.

Rose handed Scorpius a napkin with something wrapped in it. “Cake,” she said. “The Head Boy and Girl had a little party, and there were refreshments.”

The doors opened again and it was Lily and Valor.

“Let summer begin,” Valor announced, dropping down beside Albus.

“I second that,” Lily said, squeezing between Rose and the window. Apparently she wanted the view.

Shaking her head, Rose moved over closer to Scorpius. “What’s on the agenda for everyone’s summer?”

Valor turned her head from nuzzling Albus’s cheek, “Summer has no agenda, Rosie, darling.”

“Everyone makes plans for their holiday, Val, darling.”

“Well, mine is to simply enjoy it, if we must have a plan.”

“For my holiday, I want to work on my Quidditch skills,” Lily said. “I think I want to try for our House team next term.”

“Mum’s going to enjoy hearing it,” Albus said. “She’s so competitive. She will drag you out to the fields immediately upon requesting pointer. She did for me.”

“What about dad?”

Albus shrugged. “Competitive as well, but not as extreme as Mum. Just letting you know what you’re in for.”

“I think I will get employment,” Rose said.

“You’ve got your whole life to work, why would you ruin a summer getting a job?”

“Val, you work your summers, don’t you? Your music –“

“I don’t consider it work.”

“But it isn’t a hobby, is it?”

Valor made a face. “No, but it’s hard to explain why it’s neither.”

“She feels if she doesn’t play, she’ll waste away,” Scorpius said.

“Well, I do,” she said stubbornly.

“Al, what about you?”

Albus looked at his cousin. “My plans are to contemplate shapes in the clouds. Eat. Sleep like the dead until noon. And basically lose everything I retained this school year.”

“Sounds like fun, need any help?” Valor asked.

“Argh, you two are sickening,” Lily said.

“I second that,” Scorpius agreed. “Game of Wizard’s Snap anyone?”

*

When the train pulled out of the station and most of the crowd had disbursed, Scorpius and Valor looked around for one of their parents. Neither were on the platform.

Valor turned to her brother. “Maybe they sent someone who can’t cross over.”

“Let’s see.” Scorpius rolled his trolley through the platform barrier into the Muggle side of King’s Cross.

Valor passed through right after. “I suppose we find our way home?” she said, as she began picking up things off her trolley.

“No, look.”

She did as her brother said, and saw their grandmother rushing over.

“So sorry I’m late,” Analise said. She hurriedly kissed her grandchildren and stood back. “Your mother was busy at the shop, and Draco had something at the office.”

“Where are the twins?” Scorpius asked, pushing his trolley out of the station where his grandmother had left the car.

“With Adara who came to visit with me. I told her I would be no longer than an hour.” Analise got into the car and started it up. “I’m going to take you home with me since it is closest, and you can both Floo yourselves home, all right?”

“That’s fine, Gran,” Scorpius said from the rear seat.

*~*

On the way out of his office, Draco glanced out the long windows overlooking his property. It was quite lovely out, blue skies with a handful of fluffy clouds drifted by. He could see his son out lying in the grass with Rose. He felt his eyebrows raise at the sight of his son putting the moves on the girl. Shaking his head and moving away from the glass he went in search of Cythera.

She had been working from home too. Seeing as he had been aware of her movements throughout the day since they had woke that morning. He found her in the kitchen talking to the twins who sat contently on the floor in the play area Cythera had constructed to keep them near but out from underfoot.

Walking up behind her, Draco placed a on the nape of her neck.

“Finished working, have you?”

Reaching around her, he picked at the contents of the bowl she mixed before his hand was swatted away.

“Mmm, good. Is this what’s for dinner?” he asked, as he looked over and made funny faces at his daughter who was waving her silly cuddly purple dragon.

“I was thinking eggplant pasito, yes.” She used a testing spoon and put a bit in her mouth, frowning thoughtfully as she chewed. “It’s missing something though.”

“Taste fine to me,” he said turning back to his wife. “I take it we’re having guest over – I saw Rose and Scorpius out back in the garden.”

Still frowning over her dish, Cythera glanced up. “What?”

“Rose is staying for supper.”

“Rose is here?”

“Yes, outside with Scorpius.”

“Scorpius is back? I hadn’t realized.”

“Yes, they’re snogging in the grass under the apple trees.”

Cythera stopped what she was doing and looked at Draco. The corners of her lips turned up.

“What?”

“Darling, that’s Albus and Valor you saw out there.”

“No, it wasn’t.”

“Valor is who you saw. She’s wearing a blue blouse and khaki shorts, isn’t she?”

Draco felt his eyes bug out. “That…that boy was groping under her shirt and she’s all but draped over him.”

Cythera grabbed his arm before he could go anywhere. “Oh stop, they’re teenagers. And what’s all this fuss, you were a bit smug when you thought it to be your son out there.”

“I – that is different,” he said, only realizing after he said it that he had put his foot in his mouth.

“Acceptable for your son, but not so for your daughter? Shame on you, darling,” she said and the chuckled. “When Albus came over I sent them out there.”

“Sent them out to do…that? Cy –“

“Calm yourself . And no, I most certainly didn’t send them out to do anything, but being a teenager once myself, I prefer them out where they can be seen as opposed to up in her room with closed door.”

He understood her point, but still… “Cy, he was touching her back.”

“Really?” She said turning and draping her arms around his shoulders.

“You’re laughing at me.”

She moved in and kissed him on the mouth. “Yes, yes, I am.” She kissed him again before practically shoving him away, shouting, “Nutmeg!”

“What?”

“A pinch of nutmeg.” Moving him aside, she went to her spice pantry and got a small canister containing nutmeg seeds. She grated one over the dish before retrieving another spoon to taste after mixing. “Ah, perfect.”

Draco opened his mouth when she put the spoon to his lips. He nodded with approval, admitting that there was a little something more to what he had tried before. “Really good.”

“Why don’t you take the twins out for some fresh air whilst I finish in here…you can keep an eye on your eldest daughter.”

He made a face at the humor in his wife’s eyes. “Could you at least wait until I’m out of the room before you start cackling?”

“No promises.”

He bent down and scooped up his children, but behind him he could hear Cythera snickering.

“Your mother needs a spanking for her lack of respect,” he told the twins.

He closed the door on his wife’s uncontrollable laughter, but found himself grinning too as he walked out onto the terrace.

He was relieved to find Albus’s hands were no longer caressing his daughter’s back. Instead, they were playing with the ends of her hair.

They were still lying in the grass, and Valor rested on the boy’s chest. He could hear them laughing at something they were discussing as he got closer.

Albus spotted him first. “Afternoon, Mr. Malfoy.”

Turning her head, Valor looked up. “Hey, Dad. You’re done working for the day?”

“Yes,” he said tightly. “They hadn’t bothered to move apart in his presence. “I was going to take a walk with the twins.”

“Oh, well, have fun.”

“Valor –“

“Yes, Dad?”

Draco shook his head. “Never mind.”

He walked around the couple and headed toward the small pond near the rear of the property. He would sit with his youngest and try not think about his oldest daughter had grown up when he wasn’t paying attention.

*

Scorpius put the open book in his hands down. If he was reading right, his great-grandmother had greatly angered a very powerful witch who, in the past, had posed as something more.

“GG, I – we need you, but I’ve no way to contact you.”

He closed the book and stacked it on top of the other four he had planned on taking with him. He had spent most of the summer with his family, his parents, his sisters and brother, and of course, Geoffrey, and in all the time they had spent together, he and Valor had not said a word about what was to come.

“It has to be soon,” he said to himself. He glanced at his watch and saw that he’d spent the day in the library of his grandparents. It was time to pack it in.

He picked up the books and decided to Floo home instead of apparating. He stepped out on the rug his mother had designated everyone arriving by Floo had to use to clean their feet.

The house was quiet but the scent of supper cooking. He passed through the kitchen where his mother was dancing as she thumbed through a magazine. She glanced up and smiled. “You’re back.”

“Yes,” he said putting the books on one of the chairs. He plucked an apple from the fruit bowl and bit into it. “Where is everyone?”

“Valor’s outside with Albus. Your father took the twins for a bit of fresh air. And Geoffrey is out for the evening, he’s got a date.”

“Well, that’s everyone, isn’t it,” he murmured.

Cythera closed her magazine which turned out to be about home decorating. “Are you ready to tell me what’s bugging you, sweetheart?”

Scorpius mulled his mother’s question as he crunched on the fruit. “What makes you think something’s bugging me?”

She gave him an indulgent smile. “Because I’m your loving and attentive Mummy, and as such, I’ve noticed your comings and goings. Your lack of frivolous activity these past few weeks of summer. Is it school that has you in such an odd state of mind?”

He shook his head. “No.”

She waited for him to elaborate, but when he didn’t, she sighed. “Well, all right you know where to find me when you are ready. Why don’t you take those books up to your room, and then go outside. You too need the fresh air.”

Scorpius held the apple between his teeth and picked up the books. He got as far as the door before turning back to his mother, who was watching him. Wrenching the apple from his mouth, he said, “It isn’t that I’m not ready to talk, it’s more I don’t know how to say what has to be said.”

Hip against the counter, Cythera nodded slowly. “All right. Breaking down a problem usually makes it easier to –“

“Not this.” He went back to the stools and sat.

“I get the feeling this isn’t school or relationship related.” She went and took one of the empty chairs.

“No, it’s not.”

She exhaled heavily. “All right. Get it out all at once would be best then.”

Mimicking his mother, Scorpius exhaled and set aside his half-eaten apple. He stared at her for what seemed like an eternity before simply blurting, “You are going to die. You and Dad are going to die.”

“Everyone dies, Scorpius.”

“In three years’ time, you and Dad will be murdered in the house.”

“Who told you this? Valor?”

“Alex and Sephy told us.”

“The twins – how?”

The hair that he had grown the previous summer and throughout his sixth year was gone, Scorpius ran a hand over what was left. “Remember Val and me telling you our abilities were amplified at Hogwarts?”

“Yes.”

“Well remember too when I told you I was disappearing at school and reappearing in the past and sometimes the future?”

“Yes, Scorpius. Is that how you found –“

“I didn’t find anything because it had stopped – the disappearing. I was contacted but chose to ignore the murmurings until Val had a premonition.”

“The twins?”

Scorpius nodded. “They are very smart. They somehow got Valor to dream about them or give her a premonition because she dreamed of the disturbances in time and her getting stuck in time. The Alex and Sephy we met were teenagers about fourteen and they found one of the splices in Hogwarts and pulled us through.”

“Is this where you were when we were called to school in the spring?”

“Yes. We had just returned when you caught us on the stairs. Val and I talked it over, and we had decided we would tell you and Dad instead of –“

“Making more trouble for yourselves by solving or reversing what you’ve learned?”

Scorpius found himself grinning at his mother’s dry as toast statement. “Something like that. But it was Val who pointed out you and Dad had lived and survived in the time of Voldemort.”

“We did.”

“So we were given the information needed to possibly aid in our parents not being murdered.”

“Information?”

Scorpius glanced over his shoulder and then back to his mother. “Al apparently becomes something in Wizard Enforcement and gave copy of the case to Valor, the older Val, and she gave it to us. We returned with it…And you’re taking this a lot better than I thought you would.”

Cythera took his hand in hers. “Sweetheart, I’ve never feared dying. I’ve always wanted to go with more wrinkles than a raisin, hair whiter than snow, and with the eyesight of my old Divination teacher, but you will all be taken care of should it happen earlier.”

“Mama –“

“We’ll talk more on it later. Go on up and do as I said.”

This time when he glanced back at his mother, she sat with her head bowed worrying the band his father had placed on her finger some twenty years before.

*

“What do you mean you told Mama?”

“Exactly as I just said, Val.” Scorpius turned from the window to his sister and Albus who were seated on the chair in his room.

“But we were supposed to do it together.”

“We were supposed to tell them both together, but Mama caught me, and I told her. She said we’ll talk later. I took her meaning to be together after the twins are put to bed and Geoff gets back tonight or maybe in a day or so.”

“Did you learn anything at your grandparents?” Albus asked.

“He hasn’t so far and he’s been going all summer,” Valor said sullenly.

“Actually, I may have found something. Val, I need that book GG gave you – the one that reads like a diary but isn’t.”

“Why?”

“Would you just get it, I’ll explain when you bring it back.”

“Fine.”

Scorpius frowned at his sister’s back as she left the room in a huff. “How you restrain yourself from throttling her within an inch of her life, I’d like to know.”

He took the chair from his desk and brought it closer to make a circle. “What are you grinning about?”

“She often asks the same about you.”

Scorpius rolled his eyes as he handed one of the books he had taken out of the family’s library. “So there was a small collection of books in a cupboard rather than on the shelves with the others like it – as if someone had set it aside on purpose.”

Albus turned the book in his hand. “This is one of the books from the adventure series Gideon wrote.”

“Yeah, it was the only one in that box while the others of the series were on the shelf.”

“Why didn’t you bring the box?”

Scorpius frowned. “I don’t know. I suppose I can go back and get it. I sort of stopped with this one because it was on top and the last place I looked after being there most of the afternoon.”

“Here,” Valor said, shoving the book under her brother’s nose.

“Thanks,” he muttered, and flipped a few pages at the beginning. “Right, so, a lot of this was written by Papous, but written as if in the point of view of GG. There is a witch who was GG’s mentor…er, here, Camara.”

“Camara?” Valor said. “What about her?”

“I think it was – is she who will kill our parents.” Scorpius looked at Albus and pointed to the book. “And I think GG set that book aside and gave you that book because she foresaw her end.”

“She saw herself stuck in another time dying?” Albus asked incredulously. “I don’t think Necromancers can foresee their own deaths.”

“That’s why I need to talk to my grandfather. I need to know for sure if it is possible. If it isn’t then someone, somewhere told GG her fate.”

“Do you think Aunt Ada may have told her?”

“It’s possible. Can you ask her?”

Valor nodded. “You know she also worked with GG from time to time, she may be able to answer some of our questions since Gran and Granddad are away.”

“It’s possible, but GG was Granddad’s mentor seeing as they are both Necromancers.”

“I think I’m missing something,” Albus said. “Why would your great-grandmother’s mentor want to kill your parents?”

“GG took a p.iss at this woman in a major way. I haven’t found what way that was just yet. I was hoping by cross-referencing the books we have we might stumble onto something.”

“Scorpius, GG was closing in on one hundred years of age, and an Auror for more than half that, that’s a lot of history to cover.”

“So we’re looking into something that happened fifty or sixty years ago?” Albus asked.

“Yes,” Scorpius answered with a nod. “Possibly something as recent as twenty or thirty years – we have to learn whatever it was we need to know.”

*

Leaving the nursery in search of his wife, Draco found Cythera in the library reading. The wireless was playing softly in the corner. She made for him on the couch when he would have chosen one of the chairs rather than disturb her.

“Alexhandros and Persephone sleeping?”

“Persephone took a little long, but yes, knocked out. What are you reading?”

“More like perusing.” She closed the cover to show him the magazine. “The twins will be needing rooms of their own eventually, so I thought I’d get a few ideas.”

“I hear major reconstruction ticking away in that brain of yours.”

“Possibly. My first thought was to move Scorpius and Valor into the separate rooms they always wanted, but then thought they have memories in those rooms and with the one and two years they’ve got left at Hogwarts, they’re likely to feel budged out.”

“What’s your other thought?”

“Why not move us to the unused wing of the house and let the guests and children have this side of the house? We could have virtually a one bedroom flat. We could have a bedroom, a bath, a small library slash seating area. And think of the quiet.”

Draco thought about it. “Never hearing arguments. Never hearing loud music. Or hearing our children when they disguise themselves as elephants as they trample up and down the stairs. Sounds ideal.”

“As for the things stored there, we could build over the garage.”

“You’ve worked out the cost already haven’t you?”

“A tentative one, yes.”

Draco chuckled. “So that’s what’s had you occupied all evening.”

“What do you mean?”

“Just that you had little to say at dinner tonight, even with the Potter boy here.”

Cythera gave a small smile. “You got me.”

Draco kissed the top of her head when she rested it on his shoulder.

“You do like him though, don’t you?”

“I suppose,” he said, evasively.

“He’s good to and for Valor.”

“Again, I suppose.”

“I want to see our children and Geoff happy, you know.”

“They’ll make their way, Cy, you shouldn’t worry.”

“With Scorpius’s final year coming up and…everything, it has me sentimental, is all. You know you’ll soon feel the same.”

“Not true, I can’t push those bleeders out. I may send all their belongings to Hogwarts for instructions to never return.”

Cythera slapped his knee. “Oh stop.”

Draco laughed. “With all of them out, I’ll get you to myself again.” When his wife didn’t respond, he peered down at her. She was frowning. “Don’t want to be stuck with me?”

She looked up and smiled. “Draco, you’re stuck with me until the end.”

Draco frowned now. The tone of her answer wasn’t exactly sugar and rainbows, and had him wondering what was really on her mind because it most certainly wasn’t what she had told him when he had asked.

Cy - Ohhh.. it's so awful to know your end is coming but it helps to value the life more than ever.. It was time in my life, when I was a teenager, when I felt I could lose my eyesight completely and for me as an artist it was dreadful, but it really helped me realise many important things.

Draco - shame on you  what's good for the son is bad for the daughter. But still it shows his fathering love, he's not indifferent to his children and it's good. Sometimes it's convenient to have an indifferent parent but still I think it's great to see that your parents really love you (hope you get what I'm speaking about)

So... am I right to think that there would be something about this in the end of Riddle & Secrets? ;)

CHAPTER 63
©Hanna '12

“You were here all of yesterday, I can’t believe you didn’t water Gran’s plants.”

“Scorpius looked over at his sister fussing over the potted plants near the window. “I was busy and sort of forgot,” he mumbled the rest hoping she didn’t hear. “I’ll take care of them before we leave.”

He reached into the box again when his sister turned her back and went on watering the plants. He heard a snicker come from Albus who quickly quieted at his glare.

Albus cleared his throat. “So when are your grandparents returning?”

“In another week or so,” Scorpius answered. “We’ll be able to ask Granddad what we need then.”

Albus nodded as he took out a stack of rolled up paper. He unfurled them, “What are these?” he asked tilting his head sideways to study the drawings.

Scorpius crawled over to his friend’s side as the drawings were laid out on the floor. “Er, drawings by Papous, apparently…but they appear to be from the days he was a professor. They’re from a dig site or something.”

“Do you think they’re important, they were in the box…” Albus took up another sheet of paper. “He had a good hand at this, drawing.”

“The walls of his office were littered with drawings all the time. Sometimes of a particular dig he had been on or something he was studying at the time. He was often consulted even after he retired from the university.”

“He was greatly respected,” Valor said, watching water spout from the end of her wand aimed at the ficus in the corner. She turned and crossed the room to Albus and Scorpius to look at the drawings they had laid out side by side. “Is that a tomb?”

“Yeah,” Albus said. “Of whose, I couldn’t wager a guess.”

Valor bent down and picked up a drawing. Scorpius, who was watching her, took his sister’s arm. “What did you see?”

“It’s hers. These are drawings of tomb. I saw Papous at his desk drawing these.” She dropped the paper and grabbed the diary from the couch. Her fingers found the pages as if they knew exactly where to look. Pages open she held it out to the boys.

He read, “’I have completed the final of six drawings. They have haunted me since our last visit…they had to be committed to paper. When Kiya returns, we must talk. The boy – Harry Potter – he must be placed aside for Kiya may not see what is to come if she is wrapped in the boy’s fate.’

Scorpius looked over at his friend. “Your dad knew GG but did he ever say how they met?”

With a thoughtful expression, Albus shook his head. “No and I’ve never asked. I always assumed it was through Auror business.”

“Rose read that other book – your GG’s book – didn’t she say their stories ran parallel to each other?”

Scorpius nodded. “Yes, but never connected. I think we need to talk to your dad, mate.”

Albus got to his feet. “He takes lunch about this time, maybe we can catch him.”

They piled everything back into the box to return for it later.

They arrived by Floo to the busy atrium of the Ministry. They paused at the wizard desk and gave over their wands.

By the time Scorpius was done and walking up to Albus and Valor the two were in a heated discussion which came to an abrupt halt at his arrival.

“What? What’s with you two?”

Valor glanced at Albus and then her brother. “Nothing. Albus, lead the way.”

Scorpius frowned down at his sister when she grabbed his sleeve. Looking over her shoulder, she pushed him along behind Albus.

“Quit pushing, Val.”

“We – we wouldn’t want to miss Mister Potter, move on.”

Albus glanced worriedly over his shoulder too, but it wasn’t at the siblings, it was at something beyond them.

They caught one of the lifts to Harry’s office only to meet him in the corridor just exiting his department.

Harry turned and smiled when he spotted them coming his way. “Well, hey there, son. Scorpius, Valor, good to see you.”

“Hey, Dad.”

“Hello, Mr. Potter,” Scorpius said while his sister settled for a smile and wave.

“Were you here for Rose, I believe she’s gone to lunch already.”

“Oh, er, no,” Albus said quickly. “No, we came to see you actually.”

“Well this is special indeed. Why don’t I take you all to lunch?”

“Oh, that’s –“

“That’s great, Dad. Where to?”

They started down the corridor together. Every so often a witch or wizard would greet Harry with a ‘how do you do’ or a quick word, and then went quickly about their business.

They hit the busy streets of London after walking up a quiet side street away from the Ministry’s entrance.

Harry held the door open to a small sandwich shop where it appeared far enough out of the way to only be frequently by locals.

Valor chose a table and everyone sat.

“You took time out of your busy summer schedules to stop by to see me?” Harry said jokingly.

Before anyone could answer, their server came to take their orders.

“We actually came to ask you a quick question, Dad.”

“But now we feel we’re being rude having you treating us to a proper lunch,” Valor said.

Harry chuckled. “Cythera and Draco has undoubtedly fed Al’s bottomless pit a hundred times over over the years, what’s one lunch. Also, I had sort of figured this was more than a visit when you said you weren’t by to see Rose. Care to jump in directly or talk about other things first? I’m sensing this is potentially serious.”

“Er…” Scorpius looked at Albus with a shrug.

“Why don’t we jump in because we don’t know how long the discussion’s going to be,” Albus suggested to Scorpius.

“All right,” Scorpius said. “Sir, you knew my Great-grandparents…”

“Kiya and Gideon, yes.”

“How did you meet them?”

Harry took a sip of his soft drink that had been brought to the table. “I met Gideon through Kiya years after I’d met Kiya, and I met her when I was seventeen. We met after I vanquished Voldemort. She was in the Order, but I had never met her until then, after the battle.”

“After –“

“Clearly, she had a vision, Scorpius,” Valor interrupted.

“What are you talking about?” Harry asked the three.

Scorpius reached into the many pockets of the khaki shorts he wore and took out Gideon’s diary. He opened to the passage that had brought them to Harry, and turned it so that Harry could take and read it.

“We haven’t found any more written by Papous about you, but we do have another book where you were referred to written by GG. Clearly, she had spoken of you to Papous.”

Harry handed the book back to Scorpius. “Kiya did have premonitions so it is quite possible she discussed me with her husband.”

“Did you know she knew Cassandra?” Scorpius asked.

“Cassandra? The Cassandra Trelawney?”

“Yes, sir. Cassandra mentored GG for a year at Hogwarts.”

“All right. I’m not sure where this is going. Cassandra was long before my time. I only knew her granddaughter Sybil, when she taught at Hogwarts.”

Valor sat forward and spoke. “Papous wrote a fact-based novel about GG’s life, but as a fantasy-based novel for Muggle publication because of the magic…you’re threaded through a lot of the later years because from all we have read, you were n underlying force in GG’s life for a time because of the Tom Riddle connection.”

“I see – no, I don’t see. What is it you’re asking?”

“We simply wanted to know when you had met GG and Papous.”

With an expression of clear frustration, Harry said, “As I told you, I was seventeen when I met Kiya. It wasn’t until my late twenties that I met Gideon, and eve then I was introduced to him through your grandfather, Mikolas.”

“Aunt Hermione knew Professor Gideon –“

Harry nodded as he bit into his lunch. “Hermione knew Gideon through his books, not the fantasy ones, but the very large educational ones. She had met him at a lecture he gave, speaking about one of his latest books.”

“Do you remember which book?” Valor asked.

“You would have to ask Hermione, but she did say there was something odd about his books and writings. I’m going to assume it was because his work was tangled with magic, and later confirming when we learned who he was married to.”

Do you remember when that was because we can determine which book…”

“Not the when, no, but she claimed it was a sequel to one of his books she had read – lots of detailed understating of magic, rituals and such. Much, much more than an ordinary Muggle should know. So she sat in on the lecture and saw Kiya in the audience, who introduced her to Gideon.” Harry pushed her plate aside and sat back, peering at each teenager in turn. “Maybe Hermione is who you need to be speaking to.”

Scorpius grimaced. “I was beginning to think the same thing, sir.”

Harry grinned at Scorpius morosely stated words. “Hermione likes this kind of stuff, don’t let her fool you. Of course she will be concerned if it involves her children but she is someone to have on your side if you’re looking to solve a mystery.”

“I’m trying not to involve Rose – it just –“

“Happens? Yes, I understand how that is. Scorpius, what are you trying to solve now?”

“We,” Valor said. “We – Scor and I – and though I’ve asked him to butt-out, Albus, are trying to solve my parents’ murder.”

“Val,” Scorpius growled.

“Look, telling Albus’s dad will likely get him out of our trouble so I –“

“No it won’t,” Albus said dangerously quiet. “I told you I would help and I am going to.”

“We talked about –“

“No, you talked, I then told you –“

“Hold it!” Harry put a hand between the bickering couple, and lowered his voice because they were attracting attention. “First, what about your parents’ murder?”

Albus sat back with a frown. Clearly, he had not told his father what he was up to and Valor gleefully jumped on that fact. “Sir, I told Albus he could not be involved in this particular endeavor. Scor has circled around Rose in getting her uninvolved in our mess, but your son is very stubborn.”

“Oh, stubborn, am I? You –“

“Stubborn, is what I said, Albus Potter. I don’t want anything to happen to you. And your argument of nothing will happen to you – well, there’s always a first time and I can’t…” Valor trailed off on a sob. She stood up and excused herself.

Albus went quickly after her.

Scorpius sat with his mouth agape until Harry claimed his attention by clearing his throat. “Er, I suppose this is still bothering her more than I realized.”

“Still? You’ve known about your parents for a time?”

Scorpius looked away from the window where he could see his sister and Albus standing on the street as people passed them by. “Yes, sir.”

“Anything to do with you disappearing act last fall?”

“Everything to do with it.”

“And that’s why all the questions?”

Scorpius nodded. “We have narrowed down to a couple of suspects and one is looking really good, but there are too many years…”

“Where did you go, Scorpius?” Harry asked, keeping an eye on his son outside.

“We…” Scorpius started hesitantly. “We were called to a future by my younger sister and brother.”

“A future?”

“My sister being a Seer, I’ve learned the future is subjective and with time travel and visions, nothing is written in stone. We can watch the signs, live as we are meant to, but we can change things with fore knowledge.” Scorpius rubbed his forehead; he was beginning to feel poorly. He closed his eyes. “My parents are good people, and Alex and Sephy deserve to have them longer than three short years.”

Scorpius opened his eyes and focused on Harry. “Val and I have or rather we’re trying to get Al and Rose out of this, but they won’t listen.”

“It’s upset Valor for sure.”

Scorpius glanced out the window again. “She rarely uses tears to get her way, and she isn’t manipulating Al, it’s –“

“I know Valor isn’t manipulating Albus, Scorpius. She is a sensitive young woman.”

Harry got to his feet and paid the bill leaving money on the table. “Let’s see if they’ve worked things out.”

Scorpius got up and looked at Harry when Harry patted his shoulder. “Things will work out and I know you’ll save your parents. Albus will do as he likes, I can’t stop him, but know if you need any more help or have questions, I’ll give you help, you need only ask.”

“Thank you, sir.”

They stepped out of the shop and found Valor in Albus’s arms. The tears look to be over. Harry silently handed her a handkerchief.

“Sorry for making a scene, sir.”

“It’s alright, made for an entertaining cap to lunch,” he said with a smile. “Are you three coming back with me? I believe Rose is off after –“

“No!” Albus and Valor said quickly.

“No, sir, we have to get back to my grandparents’ house,” Valor explained. “We have books to put in order and plants to water.”

Scorpius watched his sister and Albus. They were acting odd again.

Even Harry was looking at them strangely. “All right…well, you three try to enjoy the day, it’s actually nice out.”

“Sure, Dad.”

“Thanks for lunch, sir,” Scorpius said.

“You’re welcome.” Harry went one way, toward the Ministry, while Scorpius, Valor, and Albus went another to Apparate from public eye.

Back in the library, Scorpius gathered up the drawings they had left out and began rolling them together. He sat on his heels, and looked at Albus. “So are you going to tell me what’s the deal between you and Valor?”

“I told her I was going to help you with this because –“

“No, not that, because I’m on her side on that point. I’m grateful you and Rose want to help, but the risk is too much this time. I am referring to your behavior at the Ministry building and then again after lunch.”

Albus glanced around the room. Valor was in another part of the house so he was on his own. “I just wanted to get things over with because Lily wanted to practice this evening.”

“You’re lying.”

“I am not. She asked this morning before I came over.”

“Not about Lily, Al, it’s something else.”

“You promised never to –“

“I’m not reading you. I’ve known you a long enough to know when you’re lying, mate. No empathy needed.”

“Scorpius, stop grilling Albus,” Valor said, walking into the room with a tin of chocolate biscuits.”

Scorpius turned on his sister. “All right then. I’ll grill you instead. What is with you two?”

“Don’t know what you mean,” she said, offering the tin to Albus who took a biscuit.

“Fine, clam up then.” Scorpius banded the drawings together and placed them back in the box.

They turned to the open terrace doors when they heard the arrival of someone Apparating. Rose smiled as she walked into the coolness of the house.

“Hi,” she greeted.

Valor dropped onto the couch. “Hey.”

“Hey,” Albus said and quietly turned to go up the small staircase to look through the books on the upper shelves.

Scorpius kissed her cheek when she sat beside him. “How was work today?”

“Good. I got to sit in on a meeting and the Minister was in attendance. Mum even introduced me.”

“That’s great.”

“Yeah, so great,” Valor chimed in. “We were by the Ministry today.”

Rose glanced over. “Really, did you come to see me?”

“Nope, we were there to see your uncle,” Valor said irritably.

“Uncle Harry?” Rose looked at Scorpius. “You found something?”

Scorpius eyed his sister, but reached in the box for the drawings he had just replaced. “We found these and we took a side trip to ask Mr. Potter something. It kind of turned into a dead end, but he did say we should talk to your mother.”

“My mum?”

With a grimace, Scorpius nodded. “Yes, he said she is or was into Papous’s books and she may be of some help.”

“But you don’t want to involve her?”

He shook his head this time. “We don’t want you and Al involved, but that doesn’t appear to be working so we are where we are.”

“Yeah, we are where we are,” Valor grunted in her continued rudeness.

“What is your problem now, Valor?”

Valor glared at her brother. “I haven’t got one, but you’re about to.”

With that, she flounced from the room.

“Er, are you two arguing again?” Rose asked.

Scorpius shrugged. “We will be if we aren’t. She’s been all over the emotional map this afternoon.”

“Okay. Well, what’re these – a tomb?”

“Yes. Papous drew them but we’re looking into who it’s for or where it may be located.”

Rose nodded. “I see why Uncle Harry said Mum may be of some help. She followed your great-grandfather’s work when she got to know him.”

Scorpius smiled and shook his head. “You could have told us all this is we had just waited instead of us all this if we had just waited instead of us going to Mr. Potter.”

“Do you think he’ll go to my Mum?”

“No,” Albus said as he descended the stairs. “He wouldn’t go running to Aunt Hermione.

“Yeah, he sort of wished us luck and offered help should we need it.”

Albus paused at the center of the room. “When’d he do that?”

“After you and Val went outside.”

“Oh.” Albus nodded and disappeared the same way Valor had minutes before.

Scorpius shook his head. “What is with them?” he murmured.

“Why don’t you ignore them and tell me about your talk with Uncle Harry.”

*

Scorpius parted ways with Geoffrey when they got upstairs, Scorpius going to his room and Geoffrey to his. The dark had brought their game to an end.

Scorpius toed off his trainers and tossed the ball into the nearest chair. His head was stuck in his shirt but he heard his sister’s ‘ew, gross’ before the slamming of the adjoining door. He shrugged and turned on the water in the tub.

He took a quick bath and then dressed for supper. He opened the doors to let the steam disburse, and saw Valor at her computer.

He hadn’t spoken to his sister in two days, not exactly a record but they were at home, completely different from being at school, especially with all that was going on. So in what he felt was his brotherly duty, he went over to her room to bug her.

“What are you doing?”

She glanced over her shoulder at him. “I’m talking to Soleil.”

“Yeah? Tell her hello.”

“Yes, all right,” she muttered, her fingers flying over the keyboard.

Staring at the back of his sister’s head, Scorpius scratched his before asking, “Are you angry with me for some reason?”

“No, Scor.”

“Are you –“

“Yes. Can you leave me be, please?” she asked, without turning to face him.

“I can but I’d like to know –“

Her fingers slammed the keys. “Later, okay?”

Scorpius exhaled. “Yeah, later.”

He closed the door and gave his sister the privacy she had asked for. It was much later, after supper, the early hours of a new day before Valor came to his room. He happened to still be up doing school work.

“Keep an eye out for Kitt, I too him out of his cage.”

“Alright,” Valor said as she crossed the room.

Scorpius swiveled in the desk chair he sat in. “Ready to talk to me?”

“Not really.” She sat crossed leg on the floor.

“If you’re not angry with me, is it you and Al?”

“No, Al and I are fine.” Valor twisted the loose ends of the fat braid hanging over her shoulder. “Okay, so, when we went to the Ministry, I saw something and since then I’ve been thinking how I would tell you – if I would tell you.”

“What did you see?” he asked with underlying dread simply because if his sister held something this long, it couldn’t be good.

“All right…I saw some guy kiss Rose. And before you say there were a lot of people at the Ministry and it could have been anyone, Albus saw them too.”

“That’s why the Stooge routine?”

“Who?”

“Never mind,” he muttered. “It’s why you were so weird?”

“Yes.”

Scorpius went back to his books, picking up his quill. “Okay, thanks for telling me.”

Valor slowly got to her feet. “’Okay, thanks for telling me’? That’s all you’ve got to say? All you’re going to do? I agonized over two days about this and all you’ve –“

“Val, I appreciate your telling me. Thank you.” He glanced at his sister as she stood outraged. “Val, it’s fine. Well not fine, but I do appreciate the loyalty.”

Much of the red drained from Valor’s face as she turned to go. She got to the door and spun back. “You’ve got an excuse to get her out of all of this. That’s why you aren’t bothered by this, isn’t it?”

Carefully, Scorpius placed his quill in the ink pot and looked at his sister. “Make no mistake, I’m bloody p.issed about this but many things need to be factored.”

“More than your girlfriend cheating?”

“You saw some guy kiss her, it could be one sided, Val. Rose would say if it meant something to her. Remember I did when I kissed her but was seeing Fiona.” He looked away and then down at his ink-stained fingers. “And you’re right, I can use this as a way to remove her from my life and this mess we’re trying to fix.”

“Martyr-ism doesn’t fit you, big brother. Instead of throwing yourself on the sword, you should tell her in no uncertain term to butt out.”

“And how’s that working for you and Al?”

She grinned. “That’s Albus and me – it’s our thing.”

“Yeah, okay.”

“Scor, I’m sorry.”

He nodded and Valor quietly closed the door behind her as she left.

*

“You’re not sticking around today either?”

Scorpius paused with a glass of juice to his lips. He took the last swallow and shook his head answering his mother. “No, ma’am. Did you need me for something?”

“No, I was just taking note of everyone’s movements. Geoffrey’s spending the day with friends. Valor’s got practice over at the theatre, and your father’s at the office today.”

Nodding Scorpius said, “I need to run out for a bit, I should be back in an hour or so.”

“That’s fine. I’ll see you then.”

He studied Cythera. “Mama, are you all right?”

She smiled. “I’m great.”

“Are you ready to talk about what we discussed last week?”

Cythera shook her head quickly. “Oh, no, not just yet. Your dad’s busy at the moment, but I promise, we’ll sit and talk before you and Valor return to Hogwarts.”

“Okay.” Before he left he gave his mother a peck to the cheek. “Later.”

“Bye, sweetheart.”

*

“Sir, your son is here to see you.”

Draco glanced up at his assistant as she placed another stack of scrolls on his desk. “Scorpius?”

Gracie grinned. “Well, Alex isn’t walking properly just yet to get here on his own, so it’s safe to say, yes, Scorpius.”

“Just send him in, Grace.”

“Yes, sir.” She stood to the side holding the door open. “Scorpius, your father’s free.”

“Thanks, Gracie.”

She nodded and stepped out, closing the door.

“Scorpius, you rarely ever visit my office, is something the matter?”

“A number of things, but we can get into that later,” Scorpius murmured, turning away from the bank of windows to take a seat in one of the chairs facing his father’s desk.

“Scorpius –“

“Dad, I told Mama something some days ago and I shouldn’t have because it’s bothering her a great deal more than she originally let on. If I could, I would have kept my mouth shut.”

“What did you tell her?”

“That’s just it, I can’t tell you just yet because she’s said we should discuss it as a family.”

“What bothers your mother, bothers me, son. And I’ve noticed she’s been off stride…since you’re telling me this I could simply go to Cythera and demand she tell me so that I might fix –“

“That’s just it, Dad, this is really big and not easily fixed.”

Draco exhaled. “I figured as much from your mother’s behavior. Listen, why don’t you make sure everyone’s home tonight, and we’ll have a discussion. Get everything in the open and possible solutions because,” Draco continued quickly as Scorpius started to interrupt. “Every problem has a solution, no matter the problem.”

“I hope you’re right, Dad.”

“That’s very dark.”

“The problem’s very dark,” Scorpius said, getting to his feet. “Tonight, Dad.”

Draco nodded. “See you, son.”

“Later.”

When his son left, Draco was very tempted to contact his wife, but came to the conclusion that whatever the problem was, it could wait a few more hours.

*

“Scor?”

Scorpius craned his neck to see over his shoulder as his sister came down the steps and broke away from the other musicians exiting the building with her.

“Hey,” he said as she sat beside him. “You guys sounded great.”

“You came in?”

“Yeah, for a bit. Sat in the balcony where the director couldn’t see me.”

Valor placed her case on the step below at her feet. “Why?”

“I can’t come hear my little sister play?”

“I meant why aren’t you at the Ministry?”

He shook his head. “I couldn’t go, so I came to kill time, and see if I could escort you home.”

“You don’t want to know, do you?” she asked softly.

Watching people pass by, Scorpius shook his head. “No one wants to know if the person they’re in love with may be falling for another. And as I said last night, things may not be what you and Al saw. Rose isn’t that…deceitful.”

“You shouldn’t draw this out, Scor.”

“I shouldn’t, but it’ll have to wait. We’re telling Mama and Dad tonight. Dad’s made a mandatory family meeting.”

“You told Dad too?”

“No.” He looked at his sister’s disbelieving expression and repeated, “No, I didn’t tell him, Val. This morning I ran into Mama before I left for the Ministry, and I felt an overwhelming sadness in her. It was unlike anything I’ve ever felt. My heart – I should never have told her the way I did.”

“She gave you no choice.”

“There is always a choice. I’ve always been able to talk Mama, no matter the subject.”

Valor nodded in agreement. “She’s the backbone of the family.”

“She is,” he agreed. “But I think this is what could break her.” He continued watching people and without looking at his sister, he said, “Please don’t start crying or if you do, do it and get it all out because we have got to be calm and firm when we talk tonight.”

He looked at Valor then. She fought her tears until he gathered her close. As she cried on his shoulder, he rested his head on hers waiting her out. He tilted his head up when a shadow fell over them. A woman, seemingly young, but with a head of blindingly white hair and smooth brown skin stood over them.

“Is she all right, dear?”

Scorpius paused but eventually nodded. “Yes, ma’am. She, er, got a bit of stressing news, is all.”

“Oh, well, it’ll turn out, dear,” the woman said. She reached out and before Scorpius could stop her, patted Valor’s shoulder.

Scorpius watched the woman for as long as he could but she was swallowed up by the crowd. He grimaced and looked down where Valor clutched his shirt.

With wet eyes, she looked around. “Who was that?”

Shaking himself, Scorpius loosened his sister’s grip on him. “I don’t know. She saw you crying –“

“She was a witch, Scor.” Wiping her eyes, Valor looked around again, this time in the direction Scorpius had been watching. “A powerful one.”

“What?”

“She touched me and I felt her. You had to have too because you tensed, I felt you do it right before she touched me. What’d she look like?”

“She…” Scorpius’s voice trailed away. “Let’s get out of the open. I don’t feel right being here.”

Valor gathered her case and satchel, stumbling when Scorpius yanked her in the opposite direction the strange woman had gone. He led her quickly through the crowd to the nearest tub station. He warned her to hold tight as he Disapparated from the station to the deserted road leading to their house.

“Why didn’t you take us home?”

“I needed open space to make sure we weren’t followed,” he told her, looking around. “That woman was creepy, Val.”

“She felt creepy,” Valor murmured, rubbing the arm the woman had touched.

They were sure they weren’t followed by the time they walked up the path to the house.

Scorpius paused before opening the door and looked at his sister. “I think we had our first encounter with Camara.”

Valor’s mouth dropped open before she could stop herself. She recovered quick enough to step into the house behind her brother, and running up the stairs to catch up with him. She dumped her things in a nearby chair.

“But she’s early, why would she be here early?”

“I don’t know, Val. Possibly she knows we know?”

“How?”

“I don’t know.”

“If she’s here, do you think she’ll try for Mama and Dad sooner?”

“I DON’T KNOW!” Scorpius watched his sister sink to the rug. “Sorry for shouting, but I don’t know what this…woman is thinking. I mean we’ve only just learned anything about her.” He went over to Kitt’s cage and opened the door. He stroked the rat’s fur thoughtfully before reaching into the jar on the desk and giving Kitt a carrot from it. “We need to move faster because if she’s got a plan, we’re all dead.”

“What could she want besides our parents dead? Or us?”

Scorpius watched Kitt take his treat and climb to the top of the book case to enjoy it. Scorpius sat in the empty chair. “She doesn’t want us dead,” he said slowly.

“What?”

He looked over at his sister. “If she wanted us dead, she could have taken us today. Also, we wouldn’t be in Alex and Sephy’s future.”

They sat in silence for a time until Scorpius slapped himself on the forehead. “What is it?”

“I know what she wants,” he said.

So that really was Camara? I don't really understand that thing about her.. Why is she doing that? Because of Kiya? Because Kiya and Gideon got to that tomb? As I remember Camara from reading R&S (except the last chapter) she was like a mentor for Kiya, so what's changed?..

Rose kissing.. I wonder was that why in future Scor was alone...

POST MORE SOON! :)

ANNOUNCEMENT : : Our Webmaster Gary (Boss) has sadly come to the decision to close the Snitch and with it goes the closing of the Fanfiction section. So I wanted to make an announcement beforehand to thank everyone who has kept with my stories. You were all truly appreciated for your interests and dedication!!

Before I delete this story and you're interested in the ending, please send me a PM with your e-mail address and I will happily send you the last few updates of the completed story.

Nine years and twelve completed stories, a girl can't ask for more than that! At first I dreaded posting my work, but I came to enjoy and love every minute of it, make friends, and tweak the skill of writing. So up until May I will keep my readers' three favorite fanfics up. The finished one 'Sorting of Priorities', and the two yet to be (but nearly done) "Riddle and Secrets', and 'Coming Full Cirlce'.

So PM me your addresses!

Lots of love,

Hanna
