Of course I'll be sad onces it all stops, but the bigggest thing that brings a little fear into my heart it that when HP is over, that the snitch may not be around after a while. Of course, we are talking about years and years to come, but losing touch with all the people here would make me more sad then HP ending. It's given me so much, this website and it's magnificent people have given me so much. That would be hard, to close that part.
But we've still got years and years to enjoy and maybe you will all get so tired of me at a point that I'll just be kicked out of this place. Who knows what the future brings, bets to enjoy what we've got right now.
But the obsessiveness is scary.

i dont know why people are so obsessed with harry potter, the actors must be really scared, just in case you havent noticed many people need to see a psichologist becouse they cant live with out harry potter....
i was surfing on the internet and i read about a girl who got into the studio looked in the garbage and stole the yule ball dance scene list with the dance couples, the hour, and eve the food they were going to have and also who was going to dance with who written on it
. of course the security cath her when she was leaving the studio, but she took a picture an publicated in a harry potter web page.
Its not just Harry Potter fans. Actors in other movies get stalked & set props get stolen.

Tired of you? Yeah whatever. If you're ever kicked out of the Snitch, Chrissie, I'm a pink iguana wearing Dobby's teacosy.

many times people are not comfortable with their lives or may have some turmoil going on and obsessing about something like HP may give them an outlet. also, it could be just a person's personality. i know i can be obsessive at times, it's just the way i've always been. many times i use HP to escape when something is wrong in my life or if it's something particulary painful. goodness knows we all have that in our lives.
okay that's enough psycho-babble. i sometimes start analyzing things too much! but that's just my thoughts as loony as they can be

I'm sad when the series ends, can feel the sadness already, but... I don't know why (you're going to kill me for saying this) but I think HPB made the series not better but worse... It was not what I expected and therefore I have no big hopes for the last book... Don't understand me wrong, I liked HPB in general but it just wasn't... the way I expected. There's too much sadness, I guess... I don't know if it's because of the fact that the series is going to end soon...

OK, people who wait in trash cans so they can get something from the set are really a little too obsessed with the magical world. I only started being a Harry Potter fan a year or so ago, before that I thought Harry Potter was boring and a load of dragon dung but then I read the first book and was like: 'Wow, how cool is that!' I just had to read the whole series.
When Harry Potter is over I will of course keep reading the books once in a while but I won't shut myself up in my room and cry for the rest of my life because the Harry Potter experience is kind of over. It was and is an important part of my personality and most people know that I like Harry Potter.
I am proud to say that I am a fan. And I am also glad to say that I am not a freak.

Sure I buy Harry Potter candy when I see it, I own a wand and a Gryffindor scarf. But it's just a fandom thing, nothing too freaky.
I think it's fun going to premieres and stuff, and seeing people in full costume, or wearing shirts that say "I <3 Snape" (My cousin has a t-shirt that says that)
Going through the garbage though, that a little too far.
