Because of the issuses they had with the BETA testing and the overwhelmed servers before going "live", they have put it to "indefinite". At least that was the last word in an email sent to early admissions (in September) and I haven't heard anything since.

We were allowed up to the end of the first book and no further. Much of the site is locked and even things I've acquired have been lost, so I don't think the bugs have been worked out.

This is all I know on the situation, but others who know more can certainly follow-up on your question.
